  • Guided the growth of the QA department from 6 members to what is now currently 9 members.
  • Performed a strategic analysis and reorganization of the QA department to remove handoffs to a centralized QA team and instead embed QA within scrum teams.
  • Redesigned the QA career paths to accommodate automation-centric (Software Development Engineer in Test) and hybrid manual/automation (QA Engineer) roles.
